Vestry Nomination Form

To nominate someone for Vestry one must be a Voting Member of Trinity Church. To be a voting member one must be an active communicant at Trinity of at least 18 years of age, and either baptized, confirmed, or received at Trinity, or to have a letter of transfer (with your baptismal date) from your former parish.

To allow the Nominating Committee time to prepare a bio and photo for our News & Notes, please pick up a nomination form in the Parish Hall or print the form below. Fill it out and submit by Dec. 1 to:
